Who I am

live it
My evolution in the mountains has always been tied to a rope. I consider myself a versatile climber; I enjoy climbing in all its forms, although I am more drawn to heights and commitment as the walls rise. I find joy simply by being in contact with the mountains. Climbing helps channel vital energy, releasing large doses of adrenaline, and its mental challenge prepares you for the true battles of real life. After climbing, one feels accomplished, having surpassed ourselves once again, the mind is ready and will help us draw upon all our strength for the next challenges in our daily lives.
and share it
From the first day I was tied to a rope, I realized that this sport captivated me in a special way. I had always enjoyed climbing trees and walls, but I never imagined there were people who practiced it in a safe manner and sought new challenges. When I learned the basics of belaying and progression in climbing, I acquired my first equipment and would go out almost daily to explore the climbing areas around Madrid, falling in love more each day with the mountains and especially with La Pedriza.
During my second year, I was elected president of the climbing club I belonged to. This opened new doors for me; I was responsible for organizing the club’s gear, planning trips, and frequent outings. My life became increasingly surrounded by mountains as my passion for them grew. After two years on the board, I decided to make a career change and train as a Climbing Guide.
Today, I have managed to make a living from it. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping people find that little spark of courage and craziness that we often lack to overcome small obstacles and fears we encounter in the climbs of life itself. I feel fortunate to have turned my hobby into my profession. I want to be that person who lends a hand when you don’t feel capable of it, and who will help you discover just how high you can fly on your own.”
